  • Exclusive Use of House & Grounds for 2 Hours:
    (1 hour prior to ceremony for bride & wedding party and 1 hour for ceremony & pictures)
  • Decorated & Lighted Wedding Arch
  • Silk flower table arrangements
  • Candelabra and candles for indoor ceremonies
  • Use of Unity Candle stand
  • Dressing Rooms for Bride, Bridesmaids, Groom and Groomsmen
  • Choice of Wedding Music & Use of Sound System
  • Pitchers of ice water & cups for your Guests*
  • Set-up & Clean-up indoors for up to 50 people (including members of the wedding party & all children over age 1)

*Absolutely no food/beverages allowed with the Wedding Ceremony Only.

Additional charge of $100 for 51-100 people

Additional charge of $200 for 101-150 people (available with the OUTDOOR Wedding Ceremony Only)

Also available at time of booking (for a nonrefundable fee of $100):
Use of The Carpenter House for a 1-Hour wedding rehearsal

A 20% gratuity will be added to total charges at the time of final payment

Additional Charges Apply for OUTDOOR Wedding Service Only:
$125.00 set-up/clean-up fee
$2.50 per chair rental fee for white garden chairs


Prices quoted are for the Wedding Ceremony Only during off-peak hours, which include weekdays, Fridays, Sundays, and Saturdays until noon. Please email or call for Wedding Ceremony Only rates after noon on Saturdays..

Money Matters

  • A non-refundable deposit of $400.00, payable at booking, (Plus $100.00 nonrefundable fee for 1-hour rehearsal, if needed)
  • Deposit is payable at time of booking, with balance due no later than 2 weeks prior to ceremony or a 5% late fee will apply.
  • The Carpenter House accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover for your convenience; however, no Discover Cards processed over the telephone.
  • No telephone credit cards accepted over $500.00.
